We will utilize the processed materials in conjunction with molding machines, such as injection molding machines, to transform them into the desired shape of tableware.
03. After Molding
We will trim and cut the formed products to make them smoother, tidier, and more aesthetically pleasing.
04. Heat Treatment
We will apply heat to enhance the stability of the product.
05. Product Check
We inspect the finished products, including their appearance, texture, size, thickness, strength, and degradation performance, among other aspects.
06. Classification Processing
For qualified products, we will proceed with final packaging, while for unqualified products, we will handle them appropriately for waste disposal. All of these processes will adhere to our environmental protection principles.
